Despatch and Delivery

Standard Delivery

All orders within the UK are sent via Royal Mail's first class service, dispatched same day provided the order is received by 12.00 noon. Providing your goods are in stock you should receive your order within 1-4 days of it being sent out.

If there are likely to be any delays with the order, we will contact you and you will be given the option to cancel the order should you wish.

24Hr UK Service

If you're in a hurry and need a guaranteed next day delivery, pick our 24Hr UK service. Orders must be placed by 12.00 noon in order to guarantee next working day delivery (Monday - Friday only). Orders are sent out via the Royal Mail Parcel Force/UK Mail express24 service and will require a signature on receipt. We will provide you with a reference number from the courier to allow you to track the progress of your order once despatched.

Returns & Replacements

If for any reason you are not satisfied with any purchases you make from this site simply return your purchase within 14 days for a full refund - no questions asked. We will refund return postage only if the item is faulty.

If your purchase is damaged in transit we will send you a "no charge" replacement, postage free. You will need to return the damaged product (or fragments which demonstrate reasonable evidence of breakage in the case of international orders) to us for assessment.

All we ask is that you print and fill in the Returns Form below, and return the product in its original condition with its packaging. We will also need a copy of your order confirmation record and goods receipt.

Prices and Availability

Prices quoted are in British pounds (£) and are accurate at the time published but may be subject to change. All prices include VAT. If the price changes between you placing your order and us sending it out, we will honour the original price. Products and services are subject to availability and may be withdrawn at any time, including after you have placed your order. If your order cannot be fulfilled we will let you know.

Descriptions and Substitutions

Whilst we make every effort to show and describe our products as accurately as possible, in rare cases the final product may differ slightly. This often happens with plain colour products from different manufacturers for example pink plates may not exactly match pink balloons or balloon weights.

We occasionally substitute products of a similar description, where for example the original item becomes unavailable. In the event that you are not happy with the substitute we send you may return this to us immediately for a full refund.


If anything you receive from us is faulty or damaged we will replace it free of charge or fully refund the cost. If we make any mistake to do with your purchase we will correct the error within 7 days of notification. This guarantee is in addition to your statutory rights.


We accept payment for goods in a number of ways through our Worldpay facility. Payment for the full amount of your purchases is collected at the time of order no matter when the goods are to be delivered. We do this to avoid problems with cards no longer being valid at the date of delivery and to reduce administration costs when orders are fulfilled in stages (and so saving you money in the longer term). Should any items not be available we will refund you the amount in full by the same method as your payment as soon as we are aware of the difference.
